This year cubes and I helped run Journey to the End of the Night (JTTEOTN); we ran three years ago when Journey was in Oakland. cubes made it successfully to the end; I got tagged between Checkpoint 3 and 4.
We staffed one of the two Bonus Checkpoints in the courtyard across from the Jewish Contemporary Museum.
Those runners who chose our bonus checkpoint had the opportunity to dance for a Powerful Object.
Throughout the evening we met: Selfless runners; Chivalrous runners; runners who thought they could dance; runners who brought their own music and could successfully organize and teach a line dance; runners who could beat box. There was lots of hilarity and laughter that ensued.
If anyone happened to take a photo with the blue cube and glittery hexagon, could you please send us a link? We'd love to have a copy for our album.
